Bio of Director Susan Fonger
Susan Fonger studied music pedagogy with internationally known music Educators and composers James and Jane Bastien in New Orleans. She is a Musikgarten© certified early childhood music teacher. Fonger has 15 years of well-rounded teaching experience and is a member of ECMMA. She taught piano for seven years and has classroom experience in grades K through 8. She holds a Florida Professional ducator’s Certificate in Elementary Education, Gifted, French, and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). She served as a vocal soloist in several churches in St. Lucie County (FL), and was the director of the home-school Olivet Boys Choir. Fonger has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. She resides with her husband Curt Fonger of CBS12 News in North Palm Beach.

Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes early for class
Attire
Both parent and child should dress in comfortable clothes. This allows for freedom of movement and a relaxing learning experience
Cancellations/Make-ups
In case of a hurricane or an act of God, Musikgarten of the Palm Beaches may have to close. A message will be recorded on the answer machine at 561-906-1001. A make-up class will be provided if necessary for this situation. There is only one make-up classes offered each semester.
Tuition and fees
Registration fee is non-refundable. Tuition is non-refundable, unless your spouse requires that you move
out of state unexpectedly. Tuition is due in full on or before the first day of class. A $25 returned
check fee is charged for checks that are returned by bank for insufficient funds.
